A native of Durham, Mr. O'Neal graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Economics and an an MBA degree from Wake Forest University. He received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors in 1991. Mr. O'Neal has served as president of the Durham-Chapel Hill Commercial Listing Service as well as President of the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Service.
He has been a broker and developer with Pickett-Sprouse Real Estate since 1992. He is presently on the Boards of the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce and the Eno River Association and serves on the Orange County Economic Development Commission.

Raised in Durham, NC, Kirk West has been successfully brokering real estate in the Triangle area since 1999. Kirk graduated from Appalachian State University in 1998, beginning his career with Coldwell Banker. He went on to win the President’s Award for exemplary sales performance and became a top 9% producer.
In 2005, Kirk went on to become a partner and founder of West and Woodall Town, Lake, and Country Properties. He currently serves residential and commercial clients buying and selling some of the Triangle’s finest properties.
Kirk lives in North Durham with his wife, daughter, and two sons. He and his family enjoy spending time at Hyco Lake in Roxboro, where he spent every summer as a child.
A long-time Durham resident, Bert Woodall joined West and Woodall as a partner in 2009. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, Bert moved to Durham in 1992, where he currently resides.
His extensive knowledge of the Triangle Area makes him an indispensable member of the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS. With over two decades of experience in the Triangle Area, Bert’s expertise is key to the success of our commercial real estate brokerage transactions.
Broker-in-charge of the Triangle office of West and Woodall Real Estate, Bert is also a member of a Presbyterian Church, past president of the Durham Jaycees, and is an Eagle Scout. Bert lives in South Durham and is married and has a son and a daughter.

Since coming to West and Woodall Michael Templeton has worked diligently on expanding our property management portfolio. With experience in business, pastoral, and missions work, Michael is gifted in in building relationships with people and works tirelessly to maximize the return on his clients’ investments. Michael’s property management expertise, combined with his attention to the needs of his clients, makes his value to our team incalculable.
After graduating from Maryville College and Auburn University, Michael completed a Masters of Divinity degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. He and his wife Brooke have lived in the Triangle area for many years with their growing family.

Brad was born in Richmond, VA and moved to Greensboro in 2004. He has been in the Real Estate business since 1989 and has been ranked in top 3% of Realtors in his area for 12 consecutive years, and was elected to Richmond Association of Realtor Board of Directors.
Brad has extensive knowledge in development, commercial brokerage, historic property preservation and tax credits, and land assemblage.
Brad lives in Greensboro with his wife Laura and they have two boys. He enjoys golf, fishing, hunting and spending time with the family.

Born and raised in Durham NC, Graham is an Eagle Scout recipient and an active outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys snowboarding, camping and off road motor sports.
Graduating from Appalachian State University with a Sales and Marketing degree, he is excited to get his career started as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor.
He has received his Real Estate License from Superior School of Real Estate and is a registered member of the Durham Regional Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors, Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Graham is especially looking forward to starting his new journey in life with his closest partner and soon to be wife, Alyssa, in the summer of 2019.
